Posted by admin in : Новости , add a comment

This post is part of a collaboration between several blogs Darnstraight, It’s Magic, Mayas World, Sarah’s Spot, and Thatboywhoblogs. It was a simple concept that we came up with. We wanted to open a new page on The App Data called appDesign so we developed a contest idea to get that done. The idea was to have artfully talented people create a title screen for a made up application so we could display them in a gallery on that page.

Directions

1. Choose from one of the two title screens templates below:

2. Come up with a creative concept with for your own iPhone app and convey the app in the screen using any photo editing software.

3. Include pictures and color to make it bright.

Why Enter?

1. Winner will receive a random promotion code to an iPhone application.

2. All participants will have a permanent display on our new page.

3. Winner will be put in credits of our iPhone application, once released.

Once you have completed your artwork please leave the link below and we will display it here:

Perhaps The Scariest Website Ever Февраль 8, 2010

The other day I stumbled upon one of the most scary websites on the internet. And no, it was not one of those sites thats a big black screen and then a hideous face flashes the screen. It was a debt clock of the United States, with quickly fluctuating numbers that showed the massive debt the United States has acquired. Perhaps the most astonishing thing about the clock is the numbersnever dropped, ever. The steady, ongoing increase in debt makes me wonder. I knew that we were 12 trillion dollars in debt, but I never knew that our debt to national countries amount over 50 trillion dollars. It’s crazy, how the United States as a country is acting like many people do with credit cards. We are spending money we don’t have and are not able to pay it back. Here is a snapshot of the site. I strongly urge you to check it out (click snapshot):
