Posted by admin in : Новости , add a commentAs we all know today is Turkey Day better known as Thanksgiving Day. So today I will travel with my family only about 30 minutes to reach the rest of my family and sit down to the traditional meal. And of course I am excited to reconnect my relationships with my Family. I absolutely love Thanksgiving, the whole idea of people coming together regardless of where they stand in the world. Simply coming together, to give thanks, to create memories, to establish life-long bonds. It might be the most important holiday of all. What holiday is more important then the holiday that celebrates what we have. It doesn’t grant us what we didn’t have before, but it allows us to appreciate what we already have which is unlike all the other holidays. So tomorrow I will give thanks for what I have, what i have already, and what I appreciate most on this earth. And of course I will enjoy the traditional dinner, i so love.

Optimism, in short, is the mental mind-set to think positively at all times, and to see the best parts of things. Ever since the beginning of this year, I’ve tried a new life style choice. I made my resolution to remain optimistic for the entire year. Now coming to the end of the year, my life has drastically improved. Now that I see that there is something good in everyone, and everything, I can maintain a happy stress-free lifestyle. Even if something bad happens, you shouldn’t let it affect you. Optimism is truly the simple effective way to live joyful and cheery.

Posted by admin in : Новости , add a commentLately, I have been struggling with an issue in my life. It’s about control, the things I have absolutely no control over. Lately several examples of this have come up. Recently I purchased an Xbox 360 and all these issues sprung up with wrong cables. Then once the Xbox started running I realized that I was not going to be able to go line with the standard ethernet cable. Which forces me to purchase a 70$ wireless receiver. These things have been happening a lot lately, and they frustrated me a lot. Yes, emphasis on “ed”. These things don’t frustrate me anymore, because I realized that if i don’t have control over something, then why fuss over it and become all worked up. So from now on I will see the things I do have control over and not dwell on the past.

Posted by admin in : Новости , add a commentI was in Language Arts flipping through a textbook when I found this poem and decided to make a video out of it. The words struck me with great familiarity. From the first sentence, I knew what the message was.
If looking good, and being popular, means being unable to express yourself freely, than I choose to be an ugly weed.
Let them be as flowers,
always watered, fed, guarded, admired,
but harnessed to a pot of dirt.
I’d rather be a tall, ugly weed,
clinging on cliffs, like an eagle
wind-wavering above high, jagged rocks.
To have broken through the surface of stone,
to live, to feel exposed to the madness
of the vast, eternal sky.
To be swayed by the breezes of an ancient sea,
carrying my soul, my seed,
beyond the mountains of time or into the abyss of the bizarre.
I’d rather be unseen, and if
then shunned by everyone,
than to be a pleasant-smelling flower,
growing in clusters in the fertile valley,
where they’re praised, handled, and plucked
by greedy, human hands.
I’d rather smell of musty, green stench
than of sweet, fragrant lilac.
If I could stand alone, strong and free,
I’d rather be a tall, ugly weed.

Posted by admin in : Новости , add a commentSo much awesome, sad, crazy stuff has been going on in my life lately. It’s almost crazy to keep track of all this. Normally my life is a standard kind, but now its unorganized, therefor the posts are included. It’s really hard to juggle homework, friends, developing, blogging, myspacing, facebooking, twittering, aiming, and resting. Also I am soon going to a meeting about the trip to Japan next year. So i am taking a step forward and am thinking it would be fantastic to go. Sometimes I feel disappointed that I can’t do more because I am just a kid. I am trying to figure out how to do better, but I like to have fun too. Basically when I can finally rest I watch stuff on hulu and text friends. But that’s about it, and it is absolutely crazy to have to juggle all this stuff.
Have you ever felt really overwhelmed? In one word how would you describe it?
